Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

To have the best chance of receiving your CODY order in time please place it by December 18. We cannot guarantee delivery due to local courier service provision but this should allow enough time.

I sent my product back for a refund – when will I receive it?

Once we receive your toy we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it and advise on whether a refund is due. If the refund is approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. We can’t control the time your payment provider may take to refund you, but typically refunds can take up to 28 days.

My product is faulty – what should I do?

We’re sorry we haven’t met our high standards in this case. Please contact us and we’re arrange for a refund or replacement toy.

My product is not responding or behaving differently – what can I do?

Connect to the Cody App and update your product to the latest firmware. It’s simple and fast and ensures your toys perform at their best.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a warranty period of up to 2 years for purchases made in the EU, UK and Switzerland and 1 year for purchases from the rest of the world. This covers manufacturing defects – we can’t cover anything lost or broken.

Is this a new version of Cody?

Yes, Cody was previously available in an exclusive and limited run for Kickstarter and select Education channels. This Cody is 20% smaller, has 4 wheels instead of 2 and some new design blocks and is available for everyone to enjoy.

Why do you use Bluetooth technology?

We build our toys to have the most future-proof tech. Along with the long life of wood, Bluetooth means we can update Cody Block so he is compatible with future products we release.

Do QUBS products need extra batteries?

No, Cody Block is rechargeable so you’ll never need to buy additional batteries. Plus, it means we create less waste. Just be sure to detach Cody’s top block from his wheel block when you finish playing to make his battery last longer.
