How to use Cody Block

What's included in the box?

You’ll get:

What age is Cody Block suitable for?

We’d recommend Cody Block for children from ages 3-12. But of course every family is different, and every child (and even some grown-ups!) will play with Cody in their own special way.

Does it need extra batteries?

Cody is rechargeable, so you’ll never have to buy new batteries. Plus, it means we all create less waste. Just be sure to detach Cody’s top and bottom once you’re finished playing. It helps the battery last much, much longer!

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a warranty period of up to 2 years from purchase in the EU, UK and Switzerland, and 1 year from purchase in the Rest of the World. This covers any manufacturing defects, but unfortunately, we can’t refund you for anything lost or broken.

Why use RFID technology over WiFi or Bluetooth?

Like all of our toys, we built Cody Block for children, their children, and their grandchildren.

New internet and app-based technologies are constantly emerging, and if a toy relies on obsolete tech, it gets thrown away when something new comes along.
We love Cody Block because he can be played with for generations to come. And, he’ll work the same way he did the day he arrived. No need to worry about things like compatibility or signal strength either.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the EU, UK and US. You can find our regional distributors here below. If your country is not listed, send us an email and we might be able to recommend a reseller in your region. Remember to also check back here as we’re working to bring our products all over the planet!

Will I be charged custom fees?

I don’t need a product anymore, can I return it?

I sent back a product, when will I receive my refund?

I received a faulty product! What do I do now?

Do I have to pay for shipping?

All our shipping fees are calculated during the checkout.

Will I be charged custom fees?

Customs fees may vary, country-to-country. We recommend checking with your customs office before purchasing.

Please remember that in addition to customs fees or local taxes there will also be a small admin fee that the shipper will add for processing.

The full amount of your purchase will be reflected on the invoice in your package, and we won’t be able to provide a refund if you reject the shipment due to customs or courier fees.

I don’t need a product anymore, can I return it?

If for any reason you don’t want your product anymore, you have 30 calendar days to decide you want to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will need to organize the collection of the item, as well as paying for shipping.

I sent back a product, when will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

I received a faulty product! What do I do now?

In case your item is faulty, we will provide in collecting it and either refund or ship a new item, depending on your choice. The collection and shipping will be on us.
