We always hope you’ll love our products, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
In case your item is faulty, we will provide in collecting it and either refund or ship a new item, depending on your choice.
You have 30 calendar days to decide you want to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Unless you received a faulty product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. For faulty products, QUBS will cover the collection costs of the flawed item. We can set up the collection in any case, and in that case, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We offer a warranty period of up to 2 years from purchase for the EU, UK and Switzerland, and up to year for the Rest of the World. The Warranty does not cover any damages due to: improper use, failure to follow QUBS’ product instructions, modifications by anyone who is not a representative of QUBS, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control. The warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for two years in the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland, and 1 year in the Rest of the World. Unless otherwise provided by the applicable law, the Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product.
